Sleepwear, as kind of essential clothing in our daily life, is important to our health and sleep quality. Wearing comfortable nightwear at home is nothing but a indulgence, for both men and women, the old and the young. 

To be more important, nearly one third of our life time is spent sleeping. Nightwear has played a crucial role on whether we can have sound and complete sleep each night. 


Some people are not used to wearing nightwear when sleeping, even wear nothing when at home. Such a habit is not scientific since it is not healthy for our skin and sleep quality. If you sleep with nothing on, , then the dust o the bed sheets will be directly close to your skin. You will feel itchy and uncomfortable. Such feeling received by you skin will immediately be reported to the senior brain nerve center, as a result, you will find it hard to fall asleep, let alone sleep well throughout the night. In addition, secreta released from your skin and hair will also pollute your bedding.


Fabrics of our pyjamas must have good hygroscopicity, permeability , which will also be soft and smooth along with the functions of porous and will not stimulate the skin. Cotton nightwear is a commonly adopted choice, which silk nightwear is more luxurious and healthier to our skin and hair. The study has revealed the skin of human body can secrete and emit some chemicals. When sleeping with clothes on, we will undoubtedly hinder the normal "breathing" of our skin and sweat evaporation. The oppression and friction that our clothes bring for muscle will affect the circulation of the blood.


Nightwear of relaxed fit are commonly selected. Some tight silk pajamas womens are likely to bring constriction the human body, in a way to oppress our skin and will be bad for blood circulation and metabolism.In addition, do not choose the pajamas with pockets, buttons or zippers nor use what you have wore in the daytime directly to be your sleepwear since these clothes have all kinds of dust and microorganisms on, which will affect your health and skin condition.
